The graceful wonder of yin yoga harmonises with setting powerful personal intentions as we begin 2022. Yin Ben will guide you on a mindful meditative journey to help you harness your inner wisdom and manifest your dreams as we embrace the new year. Yin yoga is a magickal practice of gentle muscle stretches and compressions, accompanied by a soundtrack of sensory ambient audio, designed to unwind your mind and take you to a place of inner connection and centred-ness.

We will close the session with cosmic weather updates for the year ahead and some intention setting and manifestation practices with Madame Me-Me to leave you ready for this new year.

About yin Ben

Yin Ben is a Yoga Alliance certified yin yoga teacher, having trained at the YUJMU yin yoga school. He believes in the dynamism of yin and meditation to help expand your yoga practice. Ben loves how the gentle muscle stretches and compressions in yin yoga poses help activate new sensations in the body and mind so students feel renewed and more connected to themselves.

Ben believes that taking time out to chill and explore your body through a nurturing yin yoga experience, can be an elixir and help be more mindful of who we are and how we behave and interact with the world around us.
